Tickets Now ON-SALE For The National Under 23 Championships On November 18th & IPW:UK Brawl At The Hall On November 19th! On November 18, the British wrestling scene crowns a new champion an Under 23 champion, from a field of 8 elite names, from 8 of the top promotions based around the country. From Portsmouth to Norwich. From Kent to Morecambe. These 8 promotions have come together to found one champion, one title, one division. IPW:UK are etched in a heated war with the Frontier Wrestling Alliance, and will clash on February 4th when its Martin Stone (IPW) vs. Alex Shane (FWA) for control of both promotions. Never has an IPW:UK show name been so apt, because on November 19th, when for the first time in an officially sanctioned match in the War between International Pro Wrestling UK and the Frontier Wrestling Alliance, just one month after the first blow was struck, we will see an all out battle between two teams one representing IPW:UK, and one representing the FWA. Last week, IPW:UK announced that November 19ths Brawl at the Hall event will feature the first officially sanctioned match between the FWA and IPW:UK, at IPWs home base of the Orpington Halls, in a 3 on 3 man elimination main event. IPW:UK led out by announcing the fully pro-IPW:UK Spud and Dragon Phoenix as the first two men on their team, pending the confirmation of the third man. Today, the FWA announced that their first two men involved would be The Misfit Jorge Castano (at the request of Alex Shane) and The Insane Icon Iceman. With no disrespect to either man, thats all that really needs to be said. The FWA also, for some unknown reason, have decided to keep the third member of their team a mystery until the evening. In an excellent idea, IPW:UK have now also confirmed our third team member, and will do exactly the same. IPW:UK have the passion. IPW:UK have the drive. And on November 19th, IPW:UK will strike the first note on the scorecard. Tickets Now On Sale For IPW:UK Events From Now Until April 2007! Thats right wrestling fans. We here at IPW:UK are so convinced that well be sticking around for a long long time to come, that we have actually put tickets on sale for selected events right from now through until April. In November IPW:UK head back to Ware in Hertfordshire (just down the road from the Broxbourne Civic Hall) on the 18th, and to Orpington on the 19th. In December IPW:UK returns to Swanleys White Oak Leisure Centre on the 9th, and debuts in Gloucester on the 3rd. We also debut in Colchester on the 10th. And of course, in April on 28th and 29th we make our debut at the Liverpool Olympia in Liverpool, with two VERY special afternoons shows.
