Tai Chi 9 Short Form
This is the Chen _style_ Tai Chi 9 Short Form that I am currently being taught. Demonstrating the form is Marc Ditcher one of the instructors who I have received tuition from. Brendan Burnett is my instructor at the club in Charminster, Bournemouth. If you want to learn Tai Chi they are the best in the area!

Watch this highly compelling film on google film.
It lasts 2 hours but it can be viewed in smaller chunks if you search it on youtube.
