Lone Wolf was indeed a superb swordsman (as was Tomisaburo Wakayama, the actor that played him), and his babycart was a veritable bag of tricks, but I believe a properly trained ninja would have the tactical edge.

It's also worth noting that Dot Cotton- regardless of her teacher - ain't the most agile of ladies. And Pat Butcher is no Lady Snowblood either. Nana Moon is borderline senile so wouldn't be able to resist the ninjas mind tricks.
