I don't think it was after this match with Invader 1 that Brody was stabbed. I think you will find that it was after a match with Abdullah & Dan Spivey on 17 July 1988.

Also, in a real miscarriage of justice, Invader 1 or Jose Huertas/Gonzales was found not guilty when tried for the murder of Brody. I think everyone in the locker room that day knew it was him To this day I still can't believe he got away with it. I read somewhere that the guys in the dressing room said he had a knife wrapped up in a towel, but I suppose that is all hearsay.

Brody was a great fighter, who for me will always be remembered for the classic shoot on Lex Luger, when Luger ran out the ring when he realised what was going down.
