Just caught up with this last night... Does anybody know how long has this has been on for or what the schedules are for it? The promotion is full of amazing workers...

I had mentioned this on a different thread -- apols for not giving this a higher profile.

As with lots of cable channels, scheduling appears to be staccato -- NJW was on, two or three nights running, last week, and I think some shows were repeats.

I agree that the commentator tries to "talk it up", and goes on about individuals ("legends") like Liger, even when they're about to lose.

A wrestling fan at work makes the point that the guys regularly seem to squirm out of "finishing" moves, thus rather reducing the cred, until the scheduled elapsed-time appears to be up.

Could do with being pepped up by one or two bouts with those suicidal Jap women workers (or have I missed something?)

I don't have Eurosport with our package but have recently got a couple of discs of it. I like some of it but it doesn't all do a lot for me.

I'll have to watch the rest and then see what I reckon.

Does the commentator guy really have to state "this is bout no. 6 of episode 21 of New Japan wrestling?"

Sounds like he's filling space by reading everything he can off his crib notes.
