We apologise to anyone who has had problems accessing the Wrestling Heritage site today. The host server closed for maintenance and on re-opening seems to have a few problems. We are apparently one of thousands affected by this issue. _link_s to our homepage sometimes lead to an advert for the host (bloomin' cheek when they've created this mess) and many photos are missing. Some photos have returned in the past hour or so and we hope things will be back to normal shortly. We have, therefore, postponed tonight's update, but will go ahead with it tomorrow if the site is back to normal.

Remember the days when the MC stood centre ring to announce the next presentation?

A hush spread amongst the masses to hear the details of the following bill. Often there was disappointment, but now and again came an announcement of a main event that created a buzz of excitement.

Today I make such an announcement. My partner in the Wrestling Heritage venture, a man too modest to make such claims himself, has taken our Shining Stars section to a new level of excellence. We add a trailblazer who paved the way for the sixties and seventies boom in British professional wrestling. Enjoy the Turbulent Trailblazer in this Monday’s update.

Most sensational of all, check out letter C in our A-Z. We’ve added a man by the name John Czeslaw, as you’ve never seen him before. It’s most definitely a case of hair today, gone tomorrow.
