There’s just a few hours to go before Wrestling Heritage announces the holder of the number one position in our list of Wrestling’s Most Influential.

The Glorious Twelfth update to the site, at 10.00 am BST, also brings the naming of our WMI Competition winner. The competition attracted entrants from literally all around the globe, but we were thankful to find a clear winner.

If that’s not enough (and when is it ever enough?) we also add another inductee to the Shining Stars section.

Wrestling Heritage extends the British summer sunshine with a wealth of fascinating updates throughout September.

Start each week with a new update every single Monday. There’ll be new input throughout the site, beginning on Monday 2nd September with our tribute to the independent promoters of the fifties, sixties and seventies. Independent We Stand can be found in the Features section.
