I never liked the 4 by 10 rounds. THe only reason I can see for doing it was that bouts went to the last round, usually a draw. There was very rarely a fall in the first round. 1 wrestler would score in round 2 and the opponents would equalise in round 3. All down to round 4 then. Very boring.
