what are your comments on the new backyard wrestling game? I think its a bad thing because it will encourage youngsters to do this stupid "sport" and will result in kids hurting each other for what? one guy with a camcorder and a couple of school mates watching and so what if its for ages of 18+ thats not going to stop kids getting the game. anyway thats enough of my comments so whats your thoughts on the matter :?:

Stay tuned for more fun facts from Rob McKai.

Fun facts indeed, Rob.
But I don't get what the big deal is. Backyard Wrestling has always, and will always happen in some regard. Nobody makes a big deal bout kids playing football, cricket or whatever in their backyards. Yet again I ask how exactly is BYW "so bad" for British Wrestling and harms it so much...?

I see what you are saying, Jack. I think it is because they call themselves 'wrestlers' is what annoys people. And the fact they go to extremes, making people (non-wrestling fans) think all wrestling is like that.

I don't really think there should be a problem with Backyard Wrestling having it's own game. Im not a fan of backyard wrestling, however I could see that a game of this nature with no boundaries would be a lot of fun.
On a side note... If you want to pick fault, pick on FWA for helping to market it... Actions like that are what brings the subject a little more in to OUR backyards (Punn Intended)
Individuals have a number of choices to make throughout their lives, some right, some wrong... Lets leave that to them hey. If they want to have a little fun playing a VIDEO GAME (cos lets not forget that thats all it is) then more power to em'... Have fun!!
British Wrestling could use this as a motivational and educational tool to promote safe training and all the good points that British Wrestling has to offer. They could turn a big negative in to an almost industry changing positive. Edios have broke through and given you your platform to educate from. I say, istead of bitching, whining and generally complaining why doesn't British Wrestling use this gift horse to make a stand.
You don't get too many good chances in life. make one like this count and stop feeling hard done to!!
