I think I've probably seen 3 promotions, back around 1986 or 1987 I saw what I think was Joint Promotions in Rugby. Some good names back then, Richie Brooks v Kid McOy, Jamaica George v Ian McGregor, think the main event was a tag match, Haystacks and Scrubber Daly took on Big Daddy and Greg Valentine. I recall Rasputin was about the only no show.
Back around 1990-1992 I saw another show, it was very poor. I recall El Bandito appeared and so it makes me think Orig probably promoted it. The guy in the first match must have been around 55 years old! The only match I recall from the posters that advertised it was Missing _link_ Salvatore Bellomo against Danny Collins in a steel chain match within a cage, I was gutted when neither wrestler nor the cage appeared.
Recently I have seen 3 or 4 TWA shows in Bournemouth. Its been fun seeing guys from the States like Horace Hogan, Dave Penzer, Honky Tonk Man, and the Bushwhackers, some established names like Fit Finley, Tony St Claire, Rob Brookside, Klondike Kate, Dave Taylor and some newer names like Justin Starr and Doug Williams, Jorge Castano, and the UK Kid. TWA certainly beats Orig if that who was I saw 10 years ago!
Hammerlock have done some shows in Andover which I've been tempted to go and see, especially when they had Steve Corino. Anyone been to many Hammerlock shows? Wondered if they were worth catching live, saw their shows on Meridian and they looked average.

A wider topic would be best British promotion ever.
All Star circa '86-'94 would get my vote, with Joint Promotions circa mid '50s-mid'70s a good second.
