Scrubber has been mentioned on a few posts of late, was one of my favourites in the 1980s. Does anyone have any infomation about his career?

Scrubber was one of the real giants of British wrestling. I know he originates from around the Birmingham area, but can’t remember off the top of my head where about.

Before I met Scrubber, I can remember him working in tag team matches with Lucky Gordon for Joint Promotions.

I had the pleasure of working with him loads of times (if ‘pleasure’ is the right term as he often just kicked my ar*e).

It is unfortunate that his career was ended due to injuries that he sustained to his knees.

Wasn't Scrubber also Marauder Major from The Masked Marauders circa '83, (the first team managed by Charlie McGee in his quest against Big Daddy.)

Who was Marauder Minor btw? I think it was Lucky Gordon (later Scrubber's partner in The Gruesome Twosome) but I've never been too sure.

btw, I wouldn't mind seeing a pic of the Masked Marauders, more out of nostalgia than anything else.
