On the subject of British wrestling companies working closely together, I believe that at the moment, the working relationship between the World Association of Wrestling and the Ultimate Wrestling Alliance is the only one of it's kind right now, in a sense that they've co-promoted shows not just in arenas but on the holiday camp circuit as well.
RBW/GN Promotions/UKWA North/UKWA South/Wrestle UK all work together. Albeit small companies but they would be even smaller if they didnt have the relationships with each other.
