KN court case 5 Years, 6 Months ago  
Well it finally happened, The nasty neighbours of Kendo Nagasaki have taken him to court re the disputed land and the ivy.

Kendo was in court at Liverpool on the 11th and 12th July and what a load of lies the neighbours have told. They are all due in court for the judges ruling on Tuesday 15th July at a court in Manchester.

I will let u all know the result on the Wednesday.

A load of lies, eh? So, are these the lies where, y'know, what they're saying is false. Or the kind where, y'know, what they're saying very probably did actually occur but it's very comdemning towards Mr. Nagasaki so he claims they're lies?

Thank you David u are right it is for the judge to decide.

But let me tell u all, I have lived on the estate for 12 years and we have had nothing but harressment from these neighbours.

The neighbours that have taken us to court have at least 8 harressment actions against them for harressing our staff and residents.
They even tried to run a resident over, the police say they cant do anything because it all happens on private land.
