People often ask me if I ever went to Japan to wrestle Jushin Leiger, to which I always replied," there was no need I wrestled him whilst he was here in the uk during the 80's...do any of you know what he was called then?
Can I just ask why all the Japanese workers who come and came here were given the first name "Fuji"??? Mayeb not all, but Keichi Yamada was Fuji, Shinya Makabe became Fuji Makabe if I remember hearing rightly...
 you got it, Fuji Yamada ..all star renamed many of their japanese wrestlers because contractually they could'nt name them as they were in Japan..and as for the name Fuji, well that's Japans highest moutain..and for the guys who were discussing the original Zebra Kid last night, do you remember his real name?
