I just want to add a few words: have been away over the last couple of weeks and am very saddened to read this. I first met Chris at an All Star show in Croydon where he'd been in attendance in the same front row seats for many years. He was always a complete gentlemen and a very knowledgable fan of wrestling and someone who I really enjoyed talking to. He was also an excellent photographer and I have a set of photos he passed on to me that I will treasure. Having moved from the SE last year for reasons of work I rather lost touch with him but it was a great pleasure to catch up with Chris at last year's reunion. I hope that there will be time at the next show at Croydon's Fairfield Halls for a ten bell salute in Chris' memory.

I have just had a message from Sarah who is at the Croydon show tonight, Chris's regular venue. The sad news has been announced by Letitia Dixon (who was apparently in tears doing so) and the night is dedicated to Chris's memory. I have to say I'm touched, and if I am then I'm sure everyone else is. Well done to All Star for realising the occasion.
